研究方向:


我们致力于研发具有新颖光电特性的半导体、贵金属材料与结构,利用荧光、拉曼等激光光谱学方法研究半导体与贵金属低维-量子体系的独特光学性质,并探索其在光电、信息等领域的应用。具体方向包括:
i.表面等离激元学;
ii.低维材料的光学性质与表征;
iii.微纳光电器件与物理(谐振腔、激光器、波导等);
iv.激光光谱学(荧光、拉曼、超快);”

研究成果:


致力于纳米光子学与表面等离激元学研究,包括半导体材料(II/VI族、钙钛矿)的激子发光机理与微型激光器件的研发,以及贵金属纳米结构中的表面等离激元增强、发光调控及亚波长激光器的研发等。在Nat. Commun.、Nano Lett.、 Adv. Mater.、ACS Nano、Laser Photon. Rev.、Phys. Rev. B等材料、物理、光学领域国际国内有影响力的学术期刊上,累计发表学术论文30余篇。以第一作者及共同第一作者身份发表学术论文10余篇,包括Nat. Commun. 1篇、Nano Lett. 5篇、Adv. Mater. 2篇、ACS Nano 1篇。相关结果多次被Nat. Phys.、Nat. Mater.等国际权威期刊正面引用,受邀请撰写多篇著作、综述及特色文章。担任Adv. Mater.、Opt. Lett.、Opt. Express、Appl. Opt.等国际期刊的独立审稿人。
